At North Star Quilt Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabrics and notions. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your project, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and free of odors; please note that custom-cut fabric yardage under two yards is final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief description of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip with the Return Authorization number clearly marked.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our shop using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
